PICKUP: All contents are to be removed on September 25th by 4:00 PM. Unless other arrangements are made with manager.

Visa, MasterCard, or Wire Transfer accepted. 15% buyer’s premium on all sales. Information is believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. $50.00 security deposit for each winning bid on each unit purchased. Sales tax will be charged. Deposit will be refunded after each unit is emptied and inspected.
