Ian Smith joined KIKO as a licensed Realtor in 2022, specializing in land and real estate investment properties in Stark, Carroll, and Tuscarawas counties.

A graduate of Canton Central Catholic and Capital University with degrees in Business Leadership/Management and Spanish, Ian is a passionate Realtor with an entrepreneurial mindset. He takes pride in keeping up with current events and markets to effectively advise buyers and sellers of their opportunities in real estate  Ian brings an attitude of care and customer service to KIKO, which he acquired after serving 8 years for the City of Canton as a firefighter/paramedic. 

Ian resides in North Canton with his wife, Erika, and sons, Zander and Anthony, and spends time helping manage his family's tree farm at Smith Evergreen Nursery in Magnolia. He and his family are members of St. Michael’s Church in Canton. He enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and studying markets and real estate opportunities.
