Joe has been with the company since 1996. He is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Stark County Board of Realtors. He is also a member of the Farm Bureau.  

Joe attended the University of Dayton and Kent State University. He received is real estate license in 1996, is a graduate of Missouri Auction School, and received his auctioneer’s license in 1998. He also graduated from the Certified Auction Institute as a CAI professional. Joe is an actively licensed auctioneer and realtor in Ohio and the state of Pennsylvania.

Joe is involved locally in his church and community. He is a Real Estate Specialist with a strong background in Agriculture. His areas of specialty include farms, land and residential properties. Joe is dedicated to helping his clients reach their real estate goals.
