Commercial 4-Bay Tarpless SX Banana Ripening Rooms by Thermal Technologies • Unit is in very good working condition
• Including 4 refrigeration on roof (will need to be removed by buyer)
• 8 evaporation coils on roof (will need to be removed by buyer)
• Roll seal doors (Note: Bay 4 door doesn’t come all the way down, and bay 3 only goes 3/4s up – Possibly door limit switch)
• Racking system
• 4 humidifiers
• PC/PLC control system in each bay
• Automatic ventilation

** Location of item is close in proximity to dock and loading area. Unit is in good working condition. Seller currently has electric to unit. Will be disconnected after sale for removal. Buyer will be responsible for removal and need to sign ACCESS, WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT.
