Note From The Seller. I am helping my 87-year-old father sell his 1979 Cadillac Seville Opera Coupe. He has owned the car since 2005. He had the car taken down to bare metal and professionally painted in 2007. The work was done by Alexander Auto Body in Akron, OH. The paint job on the car and the attention to detail with the paint was exceptional. Clearly better than when it was new and still looks fantastic today. The car even has hand laid pin stripes by a professional pin stripper. The cost of the restoration exceeded $26,000 back in 2007. The car has been stored in a temperature-controlled garage since its restoration. The car is in beautiful condition. The Grandeur Motorcar number is 493. Items that come with the car are mail correspondence with Charles Northey Sr, Grandeur Motor Car Corporation brochure, Copy of their US Patent number 4099313, Copy of US Patent number 4282641, Notice of Involuntary Dissolution of the Corporation, Handwritten notes from Charles Northey Sr, Owner’s manual, Repair manual, Service manual, 2007 Stan Hywet 50th Annual Car Show info (Car was displayed at this show). The gas gauge and the A/C are currently not operable. This has to be one of the finest of its kind in the world. It’s beautiful, it runs and drives well! Good luck bidding!
