Christmas Tree Access Agreements: Trees to be cut and removed. Each grouping of trees will transfer by a limited contractual license. For the purpose of accessing the tree locations to care for, maintain, cut, harvest, process for removal, and remove the existing trees. Real estate does not transfer. See below for dates of planting and varieties in each grouping of trees.
 

Group #1: Known as Burton West Field - approx. 11.74 acres (8,199 trees) with deer fencing with license to remove. Situated on parcel #17-0000075.000, west side of Park Rd.
