A North Lawrence estate on more than 45 acres sold for $3.37 million at a KIKO absolute auction on Saturday, Oct. 24.

The property includes an 8,000-square-foot home with an indoor pool, a 7-acre ski lake, a boat house, a guest cottage, and a horse barn.

More than 300 registered bidders competed for the home and land, which was offered in two parcels and ultimately sold together to a single buyer.
