Madison is a fourth-generation member of the Kiko family and brings deep industry knowledge along with a fresh, client-focused approach. She has been with the company since 2019. She earned her real estate license in March 2024 and became a licensed auctioneer in January 2026, giving her a well-rounded perspective for both buyers and sellers.

Madison lives in Tuscarawas County with her husband and their two children. She is actively involved in the community through the Dover Exchange Club and the Sugarcreek Business Association. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, attending church with her family, and unwinding with a good book.
