Jeff Kiko is a third-generation member of the Kiko family and has been an integral part of the company since 2000. With decades of hands-on experience in auctions and real estate, Jeff has built a reputation as one of the company’s top sales agents, specializing in the sale of farms, residential properties, equipment, antiques, and firearms.
Jeff is active in several professional organizations, including the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Stark County Association of Realtors, the Lake Township Chamber of Commerce, and the National Auctioneers Association. His involvement in these organizations reflects his commitment to maintaining the highest standards in both the auction and real estate industries.
A 2001 graduate of Marlington High School, Jeff continued his professional education by graduating from Hondros College for Real Estate in 2002 and the Missouri Auction School in 2003. This formal training, combined with years of real-world experience, allows him to expertly guide clients through the buying and selling process.
Throughout his career, Jeff has remained committed to supporting the community through charitable and benefit auctions. He has been actively involved in events for the Portage County Fair, Southeast High School FFA, Lake Center Christian School Auction, St. Joseph of Randolph Auction, NRA of Hartville Auction, and the Lake Athletic Booster Club Auction.
Jeff takes pride in helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals by offering practical solutions and flexible options. Whether assisting with the sale of a home, commercial property, farm, vacant land, or managing an estate, he is dedicated to making the process of converting assets into cash straightforward and efficient.
Jeff and his wife, Nicole, are the proud parents of four sons: Ethan, Caleb, Lucas, and Jacob. The family resides on their home farm in Lake Township, Stark County. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys hunting and fishing with his boys whenever possible and is actively involved in coaching their baseball, football, and basketball teams.
