Directions: Take OH-21 north of RT 30 to Lake Ave. NW and head west to Earl Rd./353 and right to address.

Contents of Unpaid Storage Units: 25+/- units are up for auction. Number of units being sold is subject to change without notice! Contents of units will be sold to the highest bidders. Each unit sold in its entirety. Anything may turn up! Registration starts at 11:00 AM. Units will be opened and sold starting at 12:00 PM.

Cash Only Sale! No credit cards or checks will be accepted! Driver’s license or State ID required to register for bidder number. $50.00 security deposit for each winning bid on each unit purchased. Deposit will be refunded after each unit is emptied and inspected. All contents are to be removed by Friday at 5:00 PM unless other arrangements are made by manager. Information is believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
