A court order was issued, requiring us to remove the kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and sinks from the auction. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hickory Chase Continuing Care Retirement Community has never been completed. Everything was new and never used.  Residence appliances all new, stainless steel, white, black, etc. (refrigerators - stoves - microwaves - dishwashers - washers - dryers). Never used kitchen cabinets, most with counters and sinks (oak, mahogany, white, etc….) Bathroom vanities and counter tops.

REMOVAL DATES: AUCTION #2: (January 28^th, 29^th, 30^th, 2013, 9:00AM to 5:00PM each day) 
NOTE: Items are on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th stories of a large building. Removal by the buyer must be down the stairways.

Buyer responsible for removal, liability release waiver will need to be signed day of removal. Buyer needs to bring tools (drills, dolly carts, tie downs) and their own labor for removal. No elevators in service, stair use only. 18 years of age and over only on premises. Many items are too large to fit through door ways and may have to be dismantled in order to be removed.

TERMS: 15% Buyer’s Premium on all sales. Buyer’s responsible for removal.
