Jim is a member of the KIKO family and has been full-time with the company since 1968. He is currently a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association and served as a past Board member for several years. He is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and Stark County Association of Realtors. Jim serves on the Board of Directors for Consumers National Bank in Minerva and is a member of the Little Sandy Creek Ruritan Club. 

Jim graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1962, and continued his education at Ohio State Agricultural Short Course in 1963. Jim is accredited with the Certified Auctioneers Institute (C.A.I) designation.  Jim received his Real Estate license in 1969, and his Auctioneers license in 1968. He was inducted into the Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame in 2003. He is a second-generation member of the company. 

Jim has served in the capacity of President, Vice President, and Chairman of the Board, and is currently a Board member for Russ Kiko Associates. 

Jim has been an integral part of the family’s auction business for over 40 years. His areas of auction specialty include land, farms, and livestock. He continues his education through real estate and auction seminars. Jim has been involved with the local county fairs, including the Stark County Livestock Auction for over 30 years. He also volunteers his time to local charities and helps with their fund-raisers through charity auctions.
