Jim is a member of the KIKO family and has been full-time with the company since 1972. He is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Stark County Association of Realtors. 

Jim is accredited with the Certified Auctioneers Institute (C.A.I.).  Jim received his Real Estate license in 1975, and his Auctioneers license in 1977. Jim is a second-generation member of the company. 

Jim’s areas of auction specialty include commercial and residential real estate, antiques, and bankruptcy sales. His interests include computers, electronics, and dark room photography.
