Melanie is a third generation member of the KIKO family and has been with the company since 2006. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the Stark County Association of Realtors.
She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Melanie attended Hondros College for Real Estate and received her license in 2008.
Melanie has received the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation which has provided her the training, skills and resources necessary to successfully serve buyers in the marketplace. Melanie is also SFR (Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource) certified enabling her to better help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales, and help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.
